Who we are
ActorDesk ("we") operates actordesk.com, a pre-launch landing page for an upcoming career-management platform for actors. Contact: hello@actordesk.com.
What we collect
- Waitlist email. If you join the waitlist, we store the email address you submit and the time you joined.
- Basic technical logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (such as IP address) to serve and protect the site.
We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or cookies on this site.
How we use it
We use your email only to tell you about ActorDesk — early access, launch news, and product updates. We do not sell or share your email with third parties for their marketing.
Where it's stored
Waitlist emails are stored with Cloudflare (our infrastructure provider) in encrypted storage. Cloudflare acts as our data processor.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the data we hold about you, or to be removed from the waitlist. Email hello@actordesk.com and we'll act on it within 30 days. Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK under GDPR and California under CCPA), you may have additional statutory rights, which we honor.
Retention
We keep waitlist emails until launch communications conclude or you ask us to delete yours, whichever comes first.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll update this page and note the new date above.
