Are my casting-site logins safe?

Yes — because we never have them. Your casting-site logins are stored only on your own device. When you approve a submission, it’s sent from your computer using your own signed-in session.

Your passwords are never sent to ActorDesk’s servers, so there’s nothing of yours for us to lose.

Will ActorDesk ever submit without asking me?

No. The copilot finds and queues roles, but every submission waits for your approval. You can skip, edit your note, or approve each one.

How does casting-email parsing work?

Paste the text of any audition request, avail check or callback notice. ActorDesk pulls out the project, role, deadlines, shoot dates, location, union status and materials, then creates the audition in your pipeline and calendar. You can review and correct anything before saving.

Is it only for union actors?

No. Submissions, parsing, the calendar and scam warnings work for everyone. Some career-hub tools, like payroll-window tracking, matter most to SAG-AFTRA members.

Do you sell or share my data?

Never. We don’t sell your data or share it for anyone else’s marketing. When you delete your account, your data is deleted. See our privacy policy.

Can I use ActorDesk today?

Yes. The app is in open beta and free: track submissions, paste casting emails, check them for scams, and manage bookings and payroll. Install it on your phone from the browser menu (“Add to Home Screen”). The auto-submit copilot opens to waitlist members first.
